Also know as Julie, she holds double masters in biochemistry and computer science from McGill and UQAM, respectively. As a NSERC and FRQNT PGS fellow, she is currently pursuing her PhD degree in computer science in Professor Diallo's laboratory. Her research interest is to efficiently and functional relevantly classify biological molecules that are collected from high throughput data generators, including NGS transcriptomic libraries and protein mass spectra.
